ConsumerScan International Lead Analyst (2 years at current position)
ConsumerScan is my fathers business which I have worked at since attending Langara College, we're a small but successful market research company providing primary large-scale quantitative survey administration and database systems for marketers. Consumerscan specializes in assisting companies with the design, administration, and collection of self-completed customer surveys and comment cards. Clients use our services to monitor service and operational performance and to develop the profile of their market. Over the years I have occupied almost every position available at the office and currently hold the title as Lead Analyst. My responsibilities include but are not limited to:
I oversee survey creation, systems implementation, work flow, data capture, and data analysis of almost all ConsumerScan's current clients. This involves working with the ConsumerScan staff to set up systems in order to process surveys most efficiently.
Once the surveys has been finalized I become the main contact point for most clients working with them to create deadlines, create and finalize reports, and make on-going adjustments to any process in the workflow.
Using an assortment of applications including the data mining software SPSS I produce custom made on-going and ad-hock reports. The reports I help design are used by our clients to track client satisfaction, asses employees, evaluate promotions, determine employee bonuses, and predict client behavior.
